The Verdict
Sinara Restaurant, a new addition to #baghdad food scenery serving seafood including the Masgouf (in Arabic المسكوف) which is a Mesopotamian dish consisting of fresh water seasoned, grilled carp. It is often considered the national dish of Iraq. I have tried it in London and in Dubai but trust me there is nothing like trying it here. The view here overlooking the Tigris river is amazing.
