The Verdict
Shanghai Me, a fine dining Chinese (and Asian) concept. Pleasant and charming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the level has dropped since my last visit. The food is it still good but not as good as it used to be. And now they are trying to follow the American way of charging Tips; fixed 10, 15 and 20%.
