The Verdict
On the recommendation of @chefkb I tried Shandiz, a popular Iranian restaurant in Kuwait. Very casual atmosphere, so do not expect any fancy thing. The kebabs were good. Overall rating is #good Recommended dishes: lamb neck and lamb shoulder. You need to be careful as they do not accept Visa or MasterCard.
