SEIRAN Restaurant by RIVAS

The Verdict
Seiran, supposedly an upscale dining experience by Rivas. When it comes to Iranian cuisine, Rivas pops up as one of the most popular restaurants. A high end restaurant that does not take reservations and doesn’t have a menu! Diners must scan a barcode and order from a shared platform used by multiple restaurants. The dishes are classic Iranian but priced at nearly double the norm, and the food itself was decidedly below average. So what Seiran truly offers? A premium for its view and location.
