The Verdict
Salvaje, a renowned dining destination with locations in major cities such as Madrid, Miami, Barcelona, Mexico City, Marbella, and Paris, has now arrived to Dubai. The decor is trendy and charming. The service was both friendly and efficient, adding to the overall experience. The menu features fusion Japanese with Peruvian touches. The Salvaje Salad of baby spinach and sweet miso dressing stood out. Other items were enjoyable, but not memorable.
