Saawaan meaning Heaven in Thai is a fine dining Thai restaurant serving a seasonal 11-course tasting menu using techniques and concepts commonly found in traditional Thai cooking, such as grilling, stir-frying and fermentation. The food is creative and with substance. The restaurant is mentioned on both Michelin Guide and WB50 discovery. The Green Thai curry was the best I ever had.
