The Verdict
RYBA, Set in Al Mina souq, an Emirati seafood restaurant by Chef Faisal Alharmoodi. The dishes are marinated with authentic Emirati herbs and taste. Creative menu using local herbs and ingredients. This is as close as you can get to having Emirati home cooking. The lobster biryani is not to be missed. Other items like Shrimps Hamsaa and Jasheed bites were also very good.
