Restaurant St. Barts, a tasting menu experience serving modern British cuisine. With one Michelin star and one Green star to represent sustainability. The decor and ambience is minimalistic but elegant. Service was professional. The starters outshined the mains in my opinion. The wagyu beef course was a letdown as it was over salty. Service was professional and polished.
