The famous restaurant of Jacques Le Divellec (1983-2013) is now managed by the renowned French chef, Mathieu Pacaud alongside Isabelle Saglio and Philippe Grach. The restaurant is situated in the popular area of Esplanade des Invalides in Paris. Interior designers Studio Ko created the new interiors with references to Paris of the 1960’s and 70’s with a bit of a tropical feel.The menu’s focus is on fish and seafood; light emulsions over steamed blue lobslter from Brittany; the fresh catch of the day delivered from the fisherman's boat.
