Qasmieh Al-Fawal was founded in 1952 in Irbid – Jordan, and since then it has been amongst the top restaurants that sell Hommus, Foul & Falafel in town.
A long time back the grandfather innovated the Qasmieh Plate which is Hummus cooked in a special technique and dressed with a special Tahina paste mix.
Qasmieh Al-Fawal has begun to expand outside Jordan and has established its first restaurant in Abu Dhabi – UAE in 2017, then in Dubai in 2020.
