Philippe Tayac
The Verdict
PHILIPPE TAYAC, recently become a major name on the Riviera scene, with boutiques in Nice, Monaco, and now Cannes. A pâtisserie chef who was born in Nice to a French father and an Indonesian mother. If you are looking for artistic creations, signature tarts, or plated desserts—Philippe Tayac is one of the best addresses in Cannes today. The croissant stood out as one of the finest I’ve had on this trip—flaky, buttery, and exceptionally well made.
