Dr. Habib Al Mulla
Pequod’s Pizza
4.5 / 5
#chicago is known for its deep dish style #pizza. John Stewart famously called it a “bleeping casserole” and “tomato soup in a bread bowl”. It is very different from the #italian style pizza that we are used to. I found it to be very delicious. It yields more than just molten discs of #cheese and tomato sauce bounded by thick crust. The sides are like biscuit and the centre is soft and fluffy. I visited one of the most famous pizza places in Chicago; Pequod’s Pizza which is a mainstay in the competitive Chicago pizza scene. Very casual atmosphere but an excellent pizza.
