OSES Gurme

Çiğ köfte or chee kofta (Turkish pronunciation) is a a form of street food kofta dish that is a regional specialty of southern Anatolia in Urfa. The dish is served as an appetizer or Meze and it is closely related with kibbeh Nayye from levantine cuisine OSES Gurme in Karaköy stands out for its offering of Çiğ köfte within an upscale setting. The menu features salads, variations of raw meatballs (including options with quinoa and buckwheat) and raw meatball dürüm. The small rolls were delicious. The portions are big so be careful how much you order. Don’t go for the cooked items, stay with the raw.
