The Verdict
The once-popular Japanese fusion restaurant OKKU, which was located at The H Hotel comes back after bidding farewell to diners back in 2018.Chary interiors reflecting Japanese design with traditional Yakisugi decorative wooden panels and stone walls with accents of mandarin and bergamot. A 20-meter sushi bar and robata grill is the centre stage in the main restaurant.The menu features fusion Japanese cuisine; Wagyu beef and foie-grass kushiyaki, spicy crunchy tuna on crispy rice 'O' Style Dynamite Kani (King Crab Leg). Charred Tomato on crispy rice (vegetarian).From the Desserts the Mango Mousse was innovative.
