Odette
The Verdict
Odette is a fine dining modern French restaurant founded by chef Julien Royer in 2015 named after his grandmother. It has been rated as being one of the top restaurants in Asia, having received numerous awards, including three Michelin stars as well as winning first place in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2020. The menu is based on French cuisine with Asian influence. The two testing menus are created based on seasonal produce. The scallops were outstanding. The menu has very creative combinations and chef found an outstanding balance between land and sea. What I liked about the service is that the pace of serving was timed incredibly well. We didn’t have to wait long between courses.
