The Verdict
Mükellef Karakoy is a modern take on a traditional Turkish raki-meze restaurant, also called "meyhane". The restaurant is a buzzy, rooftop space with floor-to-ceiling windows for scenic views. It has won the award of the best Meze restaurant by What’s On magazine. The food is delicious. The diners were all Turks which is a good sign. Service was also very good and the staff were pleasant and accommodating when we asked to change our table. Initially they give us a table in a dead corner but they happily change that when we asked them.
