Mott 32

The Verdict
Mott 32, an elegant restaurant serving fine Chinese food. It is named after 32 Mott Street in New York, where the first Chinese convenience store opened in the 1800s. Most Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong focus on Cantonese cuisine, but Mott 32 offers dishes from other parts of China, such as Beijing and Sichuan. The Peking Duck roasted by applewood is one of the best I have tried. You have to reserve it in advance. The Signature Lobster fried rice was unfortunately mediocre.
