The Verdict
Moonrise, a gastronomic dining experience. I have known Chef Solemann Haddad since from the days he started at Warehouse 16 in Al Serkal Avenue. He has come a long way since then and has evolved. His dining style cannot be attributed to any particular cuisine but he is creative in his approach and does not fear of breaking boundaries. The mix of ingredients particularly the regional items like Zaatar, dates and others in global items like Uni and Yuzu is quite interesting. For example the Bafun Uni on Toast is quite similar to the Sea Urchin on Brioche (César NYC) but adding date is an innovative approach. I can see a second ⭐️ coming.
