Moon Slice Pizza is a popular Emirati-owned pizzeria from the folks behind Origami Sushi and chef Reif Othman. There are various pizzas to choose from ranging from the more traditional Margarita to more unique toppings of marinated chicken breast with red onion or walnut and honey. Moon Slice serves Neapolitan pizza which is supposed to be soft and minimalist when it comes to toppings but Moon Slice has more “modern” approach to toppings. I tried the Margarita and the M S Secret which has truffle foam in a quite unique approach.
