Masque, a Modern Indian cuisine with foraged ingredients in an eclectic, high-ceilinged set in Mumbai’s former industrial mill area. Masque offers a nine-course tasting menu. It was founded by Prateek Sadhu and Aditi Dugar in 2016. Sadhu had worked at some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens including The French Laundry, Le Bernardin, Alinea, and Noma. Besides being listed sixteenth on the Best Restaurant list in 2023, Masque is also the only standalone restaurant in India to have been included in the Relais & Châteaux collection. The food is well presented and delicious. Service was poshe and professional. A must visit when in Mumbai
