The Verdict
You can’t be in Italy and not try gelato. We found this gelato place called Martinucci Laboratory by coincidence. It was simply amazing. We tried different flavours on two occasions and all were outstanding. The one of pistachio flavour mixed with nuts or biscuits I think was particularly standing out. I would travel again to Polignano a mare just for this place.
