The Verdict
Marble, on the 50 Discovery list. A steakhouse serving gourmet burgers and steaks. Casual and simple ambiance. Menu focuses on meat items. Tried the burger which was good. Also, we tried the ribs which was very tender and soft. Service was a bit disjointed

Open-flame steakhouse in the heart of Riyadh
Marble began life as a makeshift wooden stall on Prince Turki Road in 2018. Owners Abdulrahman Alsowailem and Meshal Alakeel built enough of a loyal following that they opened their own restaurant two years later and have been serving solid dishes ever since.
