Maison Dali
Maison Dali, a home-grown Dubai bistro by Chef Tristin Farmer. The decor and ambiance are inspired by the surrealist artist Salvador Dali. The menu offers “Mediterranean cuisine infused with Japanese influences, with emphasis on the use of fermented ingredients to enhance flavours”. Not sure what culinary direction is this but the food was good although the sauces tasted similar. The steak was excellent, but was a spoiled with the sauce which was unnecessary for such a cut. Similarly, the orange garnish on the Basque cheesecake felt like an unnecessary touch.
