Ling Ling Dubai

Set over two floors Ling Ling has dining room, a lounge club and outdoor terraces, which boasts 180-degree panoramic views of the Palm. Culinary offerings can be experienced in one of two dining lounges, as well as a spacious terrace. The decor is very chic and stylish, probably one of the most elegant restaurants in Dubai. Serving contemporary Asian dishes; Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Korean influences without leaving aside the Cantonese origins of Hakkasan. The menu was created by Steven Nguyen (formally of Indochine). Unfortunately none of the dishes that we tried were memorable. most of the items were bland particularly in the context of Asian cuisine. We left satisfied but not convinced, with mixed feelings. The potential and the ambition to deliver outstanding food is very visible and tangible. The menu is large and extensive, so one has to come back and explore other items in order to provide a fair judgement. When we were asked about our feedback, our comments were taken in a very positive way, which is a plus and something rarely found in Dubai restaurants. #dessets were the best part.
