The Verdict
Lavang, Dubai, UAE. A fine dining style restaurant offering modern north Indian cuisine. The menu is a bit confusing between Indian, fusion and even certain other cuisines. I mean where does Burrata and beetroot stand in Indian cuisine? I would understand butter chicken pasta being a fusion dish, but not pizza, tacos and quesadillas. The authentic dishes like the biryani and the butter chicken were better than the fusion ones.
