He stepped into his role as pastry chef at the Saint-Germain-based café Treize au Jardin. Then opened the doors to his own Parisian bakery, LÂM. Lam serves French pastries with middle Eastern twist. You will find here pastries with Zattar and feta cheese. They also serve Kleicha which is a type of Middle Eastern cookie and comes in several traditional shapes and fillings.
