The Verdict
La Mar, by the Peruvian culinary godfather Gastón Acurio. It is a leading cevicheria. The focus here is on fresh seafood. The restaurant is only opens between 12pm and 5:30pm to ensure that the freshest produce is served. The portions are big so you need to be careful how much you order. The ceviches were outstanding and the corn was the best I have ever tasted. Setting is casual and the service was friendly and good.
