Koshari, is a popular Egyptian street food. It comprises of pasta, rice, lentils, chickpeas, and crispy fried onions, is generously topped with a spicy tomato sauce, garlic vinegar, and a hint of chili. Koshary Abou Tarek is an Egyptian establishment. stands out as a must-visit culinary destination in Cairo. Frankly, I have so far never had as delicious Koshari as the one served here. The place is also popular amongst foreigners who make it a point to visit when visiting Cairo.
