The Verdict
Koshary, kushari or koshari كشرى is Egypt’s national dish and a popular street food. It is a comfort bowl of simple pantry staples: rice, chickpeas, vermicelli, brown lentils and topped with a zesty tomato sauce, garlic vinegar and garnished crispy fried onions. It is often served with sprinklings of garlic juice; garlic vinegar and hot sauce are optional. I found one which is very good in my opinion. EL SAYED HANAFI. Rating is #very_good
