The Verdict
KISHMISH, serving Afghan cuisine by Chef Iman Nazemi. Chef Iman grew up in London, raised by Afghan nannies, and went back to Afghanistan as a young adult to teach female prisoners to cook so they can integrate back into society. She came to Dubai and decided to open her own Afghani restaurant, Kishmish, meaning Raisins. The food is presented nicely with taste. Although I was expecting stronger flavours. Some items had a twist like the masala fries and the bun kebab but I am not sure if Muskhan Rolls have a place here.
