The Verdict
Khadak, meaning road, a venture by Chef Naved Nasir, the renowned chef behind Dishoom, aims to bring forgotten dishes from India’s streets to the table. Chef Nasir offers a diverse menu featuring Khadak raan, bheja akuri, N.M. chicken shammi, and butter pudding and more. From the starters the Kheema and the Dilli Seekh were delicious. The dal and the Nihari were also outstanding. Service was disjointed and needs improvement.
