Kandilli Pastanesi, a small upscale and cozy place. Quiet and relaxing, respectful staff. Cutleries are by #hermes . Even the Turkish tea is served in an elegant way. The pistachio cake was so delicious but the #tiramisu was just ok. #breakfast is also available.
