The Verdict
Haoma means life in Persian. The cuisine here is Neo-Indian cuisine. Old recipes transformed into modern small bites the extent that you will leave the restaurant hungry! Haoma is also Bangkok first urban farm restaurant. It has one green star for sustainability. Two tasting menus; Meat & seafood experience and Vegetarian experience. The dishes are creative indeed, and the influence of Indian spices are obvious. Extra bread comes with a charge! Not sure what the dessert was. The weakest part of the meal. Service was professional but robotic and impersonal
