The Verdict
Fusion Ceviche. Finally I managed to try this place which has been getting a lot of hype. Fusion Ceviche opened in 2022 by self-taught chef-owner Penelope Diaz serving Peruvian cuisine. With only 26 seats the place gets full immediately. Atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The menu features classics like Civiche, empanadas and tiraditos. Service was ok but they are under-staffed for the number of guests. Also they had ran out of all the desserts at 9.30 pm! This is a sign of a sourcing issue.
