Fasahet Somaya. Fasahet is the place where guests are received. Fasahet Somaya specializes in Egyptian cuisine. It is a small restaurant with a special character and a unique bohemian design, serving a selection of authentic specialties such as koshary, molokhia, and tamiya (falafel). It is considered the first restaurant to offer home-style food in the heart of Cairo. The menu offers something new, depending on the ingredients found available during daily morning shopping. The restaurant is run by Somaya Al-Asyoty, an Egyptian woman who has mastered the arts of homemade food. The liver كبدة dish was my favourite.
