The Verdict

El Gomhoureya Restaurant. Cairo, Egypt. A true hidden gem. A common restaurant serving grilled meat and Hamam (pigeon) which is a popular Egyptian dish. We didn’t try the grilled meat, but the Hammam was excellent, probably the best you can find in Cairo. This is definitely my favourite spot for Hamam in Cairo.
