The Verdict
Del Mare, on the Asian side of Istanbul in Uskudar area which is one of Istanbul’s most densely populated neighbourhoods. A great view of the Bosphorus. Service was very efficient and friendly. Food was very good. Fresh seafood cooked in a tasteful way. The very good thing about this restaurant is, unlike many other seafood restaurants in Turkey, they didn’t try to take us for a ride or abuse us as tourists. I had 3 bad experiences with restaurants in Turkey and all of them were with seafood restaurants. Here they were very honest in their approach.
