The Verdict
Daimeh, a cozy and elegant restaurant that offers Jordanian and Arabic food some with modern twist. The food is fresh and locally sourced. The restaurant is more than just another restaurant in Amman — it’s a social-enterprise restaurant under the umbrella of the Jordan River Foundation. It aims to empower women (via the “Al Karma Kitchen” initiative) who cook from home as part of their livelihood. The food was seriously delicious. This is a must visit restaurant in Amman.
