Ciğerci Ali Haydar Usta, a tiny shop that opens only for two hours (5-7 am) and serves only one dish; Kidney. People start queuing early in the morning and by 6.30 am everything is finished. If you have not tried this kidney then you have not tried kidney at all. Outstanding
