China Tang Dubai
The Verdict
China Tang, the famous Chinese restaurant in London has finally arrived in Dubai. Classic decor with high ceilings although not very comfortable chairs. We were told that the Peking Duck requires 60 minutes to be prepared. It is not unusual for this item to take time to be prepared but normally other Chinese restaurants in Dubai would allow you to pre-order it, I think which they do not offer here. They had no fish on the day we dined and no squid so our choices were limited to meat items. This is a bit strange for a restaurant and it indicates an issue with sourcing. The food was, however very good and freshly cooked. I believe if they manage to fix some of the issues they have this restaurant has a very good potential.
