The Verdict
Chicha by chef Gaston Acurio. The restaurant sits just off the Plaza Regocijo, with large windows overlooking Cusco’s rooftops and surrounding hills. The space is casual closer to a modern bistro. The offering is traditional Peruvian dishes using local ingredients. They have a choice of a set menu as well as 2 a la carte choices. The portion are really big. Every main course would be sufficient for two people.
