The Verdict
Chez Wam by Chef Hadrien Villedieu and the team behind Twiggy By La Cantine and La Cantine Du Faubourg is a modern French restaurant influenced by other cuisines inspired by the Chef’s travels . It consists of a restaurant, a bar and a Chef’s Table (to be opened). My personal view is that it is form over substance. The food is beautifully presented but apart from the scallop and the brownie nothing was memorable. The dishes missed the the finesse and balance. Probably worth a second visit
