Chef Saman Iraqi Restaurant, Another addition to the Iraqi culinary scene in Dubai. As with many other Iraqi restaurants in Dubai, ignore the desserts and focus on the main dishes. The Kebab and the Ouzi were good. The Maskoof fish was hard and frozen.
