The Verdict
Ce La Vi, 220 meters above sea level, boasting one of the cities highest rooftops with epic views of the city. If you are here for the views then this is a not to be missed place. However, #food was just ok. #desserts were Average. The original one in Singapore is much better. Overall experience is Good.
