The Verdict
Blue is a contemporary French fine dining restaurant by famous French chef Alain Ducasse. In spite of being situated in a shopping mall, VA dining hall is magnificent with high ceiling and rich decor. Service is a choice between set menu and ala carte focusing on typical European cuisine. No Thai or Asian influence. I believe the restaurant is targeting Thai clientele. I was surprised to see that there were no sides to compliment main courses.
