The Verdict
Biz İstanbul. This was my second visit, and it continues to uphold its high standards. Situated in the Atatürk Cultural Center, the restaurant offers a stunning view of Istanbul, making it a truly captivating spot. The service is friendly and attentive. The menu features traditional Turkish dishes with a few Western options. While the desserts were merely average, the rest of the food was excellent.
