The Verdict
Bedri Usta Kalamış, in the Asia side of Istanbul. Was packed on a weekday, almost all locals. Despite being busy service was efficient. The kebabs were seriously good. Thanks to @ibrahim_inceoglu for recommending. I would definitely come again.
