The Verdict
Based on a recommendation from @amreldib and with lots of help from @saeed__mohd I managed to get a “ticket” to the famous three #Michelin stars Alinea. #Chef Grant Achatz features highly creative plates purveying #molecular #gastronomy to new edges. Dishes emanate from a centrifuge or to be pressed into capsules. It is an experience but I am not sure worth repeating.
