The Crossing Dubai a new contemporary Indian restaurant. This is not the usual North Indian cuisine that most Indian restaurants in Dubai serve. The Crossing tries to bring items from different parts of India. Hence, you may recognize some of the dishes while you may not recognize the others. However, the food is well balanced and presented nicely so you really do enjoy the taste. My rating is Very Good. The Biryani still needs some work otherwise I will definitely come back to try other items. Btw, there is no Naan but the Paratha was extremely good.
