Selma, serving modern Danish Smørrebrød . Smorrebrod is a traditional open faced sandwich in the cuisines of Denmark, Norway and Sweden that usually consists of a piece of buttered rye bread, topped with commercial or home-made cold cuts, pieces of meat or fish, cheese or spreads and garnishes. My rating is Excellent. However, the service was disjointed and poor. This was the only restaurant in Copenhagen where the service was Poor.
